Anyone has the breakdown of units and average price for Tower A to C..

Tower C 950 sqf, mostly from 446K to 450K...

It has opened for registration on PR1MA. Apparently the price is RM273,000 for 850sqft.
So does this project still qualify as a luxury condo?
How about those who paid luxury condo price going to be satisfied knowing there are others who paid nearly RM200k less for same project?
I booked a unit and this news is really giving me seconds thoughts on the purchase.

You have to compare apple to apple. There's a reason why it's cheaper and why it's offered under PRIMA. Not everyone qualify for PRIMA and even if qualified, there's a whole list of restrictions that goes with the purchase, not to mention that you have to ballot for it. Finally, I would think the spec of the PRIMA condo is different from a full price condo at Lakefront Residence.

In short, do some research and ask the developer if you wish to be reassured on your investment. It's the same developer after all.

Hi Loen. Thanks for the reply. I have registered for PRIMA quite some time ago so I roughly know some of the restrictions that goes with it. Which was why I was surprised to see it opened for application on that page. I believed so, yes, that the specs may be different. I have done what you asked though. I asked the sales agent and was told that the land was not for PRIMA. In any case, I just wish they would make some changes to the naming as it is confusing and like me, some people might get quite a huge shock over this. Thank you for replying though.
