Coz suddenly this pass through my mind, how high rise ppl throw their rubbish.. So ask n see lor.

I concern how the owner throw rubbish.. Not management problem... 

If need to bring down to ground floor to throw the rubbish then it's really inconvenient... U js imagine if everyday u need to bring rubbish down n throw... If ground floor got pretty girls then ok lar... If don't have how? You can tahan meh??
