IF on enterprise land (like those reserved for hostels type), then they can offer much lower psf price right?

TO be more sarcastic, they are not investors... but more of "flipper" type profile. Meaning to say, they are less keen on rental prospects but want to make the cashout once completion.

Investors - someone who holds for longer term, may add value to the property and sees rental as a mean to earn the returns
Speculator - someone who interested to buy cheap or low entry price and sell very high once completion on the expectation that all prices will go up
Flipper - someone who interested to sell any time people offer higher price, otherwise die-die exit at completion

Went to see this project at One City.

Wow the density is amazing, however, price wise is one of the more affordable in terms of psf in Cyber.
