I have registered for PRIMA quite some time ago so I roughly know some of the restrictions that goes with it. Which was why I was surprised to see it opened for application on that page. I believed so, yes, that the specs may be different. I have done what you asked though. I asked the sales agent and was told that the land was not for PRIMA. In any case, I just wish they would make some changes to the naming as it is confusing and like me, some people might get quite a huge shock over this. Thank you for replying though.In short, do some research and ask the developer if you wish to be reassured on your investment. It's the same developer after all.
