from my observation.
- The pr1ma has raised the price from RM273k to RM280k for cyberjaya lakefront.
- MoU of transfer being shorten from 10 years to 5 years
- income range being raised to RM15k

to me RM280k is overprice now at the current situation and pr1ma still wanna raise the price.

i got the offer as well, however i ll wait n c pr1ma to revise the price as RM280k for a 850sqft is totally not affordable.

look at the website, more projects reopen again. lets say no to the overprice project... again, now is buyer power.

Hi. May I know which property which is private developer offer similar price with this cyberjaya lakefront? I'm interested. As what I think for this cyberjaya is quite high density. In dilemma whether to get a unit here or not. Was invited to select unit this coming sat

To be honest I was put off by 3 bad things on this project:

1) It's way too small at 850 sq ft

2) It's way too highly populated, upon completion pr1ma will have about 2,000 units, the other private arm will have 2.000++ units... so altogether will have more than 4,000 units, whcih to me is just CRAZYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

3) The price is really expensive man. At RM 280k, this is not significantly below market price. With very soft property market, I think at best MCT can only sell 50% of the units, while another 50% will be overhanged units and remain unsold

I think i got CCRIS bad record due to the ptptn tunggakan, can i still can go submit my document & choose my unit first and then clear CCRIS later?

So seems like PR1MA Cyberjaya 2 is in a better location, with much much LOWER density and surprisingly cheaper than PR1MA Cyberjaya Lakefront????

I'm just amazed on how could PR1MA allow such thing to happen that severely disadvantaged people who are selected to purchase PR1MA Cyberjaya Lakefront.

Go ahead and take it man if you want it so much and can't wait any further.

i got it as well, so i called Pr1ma as well to confirm if it's real or just scam. after the call they say it's real. but when i ask them what document to bring to there. they said to check with the developer because this project is under private developer, they also mentioned they will send the invitation via email. (i did not get any email whatsoever) but then again i cant find any info on the developer in Pr1ma's website.

Apparently there is 2 session, morning and afternoon.
My friend who went to these kind of thing before, mentioned 'better go for the morning session' (since it's "choosing session" so that they can get the "best lot").

like i can afford to drop everything at work and just go get that document. 

Don't know if CTOS works though. it's an online service (registered CRA). gonna try my luck there.
