1) next to lakefront residence. from the highway, seems like some land clearning. any ideas if there will be a new phase/project there.
used to be a huge kongsi house ..haha..just wondering unsure.gif

2) LakeFront residence lelong looks gooding. anyone here successfully bid? pro n cons? any picture of their balcony as i see the floor plan its quite huge
