Anyone started paying yet from PR1MA Lakefront? Received a letter from MCT that 2(a) and 2(b) progress done = 10% + 15% = 25%

MCT send a letter to claim the amount from bank.

Should we contacted the bank to ask whether the payment have started?

I also bought Lakefront Residence, T4. Same price and unit type as frozenkid, just on a different block.

I bought it because I like the unit (dual key concept; a 3-bedroom with an attached studio). It has good, higher-end facilities: see-through elevators, roof garden & infinity pool on every block, and more common facilities shared with the other blocks. It's also not built on a multi-level car park podium (I hate that). Price-wise, it was within my budget and I consider it value for (my) money.

PR1MA has never been on my radar. I just don't have any interest in it, no matter how low they sell it. It's just a bare-bone condo with basic facilities only. And I just learnt they squeeze 24 units per floor. Yuck.

When and how much u bought? Which tower?
Ans: I bought last year october. Tower 3, Type F which is 1300 Sqft (Dual Key concepts - 950 sqft unit attached with a 350 sqft Studio unit.). Price around 600k after rebates.

Why are u willing to pay such a high price ?
Firstly i liked the concept and it comes semi furnished. Second is price per sqft is pretty low among all other private projects in Cyber which is value for money. And third it is located beside Eco Glades and MCT Lake Front Villas means that the condo has to maintain a certain standard since MCT is selling it as a "luxury" condo. And last will be the chinese school which will attract more own stay buyers then investors. Lol.

I not so fortunate to get the chance to buy Pr1ma project.

I just received message said i got selected. Phase 1 still available ka? or this about another phase. Thought sold out already.

I heard there's still got some unit that's available, since some ppl backed off during loan finding period. You cn try to go thou but no many units last time i checked.
