Do you all know if there is Lakefront Villa forum? I think it has been VPed for 1/2 year already. Wonder how is it like staying there compared to SEG. It looks rather 'concrete' like from outside and gives quite a different feel compared to artist impression in their brochure... Anyway I hope it feels and looks much better inside especially those units facing the lake. Good point is it is close to the Chinese School.

First home owner here.
Anyone started paying yet from PR1MA Lakefront? Received a letter from MCT that 2(a) and 2(b) progress done = 10% + 15% = 25% MCT send a letter to claim the amount from bank. Should we contacted the bank to ask whether the payment have started? |
