im getting 15% discount from the developer. just pay 7 % booking fee and and will get back when the project ready. all legal fee bare by developer.

planed to sell off when the project completed.

anyone interested can pm me. we can share the referral fee.

Hullo... happy 2014 everyone! Nice to see this thread has been resurrected smile.gif

Collected my stamped S&P just now from MCT office and was told it's 80% sold but still a number of units awaiting loan approval. Apparently banks very stringent with loans now. Wanted to get more info from the sales gal but she was busy entertaining another walk in so I left smile.gif

I been told 80% sold also...

However.. still havent officially lunching yet... i think i will consider this more...

Ya, that's why need to verify with them... I dunno what is the promo now but I know during pre-launch it was really value for money and most people who took it up were either friends of the developer/staff. But also heard back then that many loans were not approved. And they probably mean 80% of the first tower, I guess?

Can sense many not genuine own stayer...mostly in cbj is playing hybrid method...

If given chance i would choose those projects slow moving for my ownstay...rather than sold out in 1 day...
