True also,,, buyers are better be aware whether these new props are genuinely in demand or developers are just riding on the current market sentiment before its too late,,

with the residential property grow more than 300% assuming from 5k units current to 20k units in 3 years, i dont see how cyberjaya population gonna doubled in short term,, there is not much movement interms of new mnc coming into cyber, even worse some companies are downsizing or restructured (hp selling their EDS)..

there are still plenty of props around kv waiting to b filled up in next few years,,

like any project, buyers will think phase 1 is the entry price and with 8 blocks to go, sure appreciate one..
So far can see buyers commenting buy to rent out and flip upon VP..

Buy slow and steady, more ownstay owners moving in together..

Seriously, a lot of students in Cyber... MMU is taking more international students as locals prefer UTAR.. My former lecturer was an associate dean in MMU.. more than 50% of his IT class are int students, mostly are from Axxxxx and Mxxxxx Exxx.. need a very good JMB to control..

Still not fully sold..I hav already check with MCT.. only 70% sold.. next block will only open for sale when previous block reach 80%..

I think subsequent blocks will b smaller build up if they want to increase the psft price n keeping it affordable at the same time..

Can see the buying sentiment is not like good old days..

DIBS = developer already factoring into selling price and pass to buyers.. no body do charity
and also Opportunity cost..

At least some developer did part of the foundation before start selling..
