What is the unique selling point?
For me, to begin with, it was value for money. I mentioned in an earlier post the freebies and discount I got as an early bird so won't repeat here

Also, I believe it's not easy to get a condo at RM41x to RM420 per square feet in Klang Valley anymore - so need to look at the 'greater' Klang Valley and I think Cyber has potential, with the highways linking in and the infra foundation. Of course there are the doubters saying can't find pork in there la, too many students, no night life, etc. but I prefer to see the potential in the next 5 or 10 years..
Another reason I chose this project was because I liked the concept presented and the serenity as it was away from the CBD. And the size is just nice for a small family so I won't mind moving in here myself. Besides, completion at 2018 is just nice to see how Cyber develops.
The Chinese school proximity is a bonus
