Ya, but I can understand people's reservation about this project being high density, coz it's 8 towers and about 300 units per tower. But I think if they understand the overall concept then it's not that bad. Also, this project is not one of those SOHO, SOVO, SO* projects with small built up, one small room, etc. so I don't think will get a lot of those student types as they have plenty of other options closer to the CBD. |
