That's what I read too but the closing of IWK plants is not with all existing plants but the very old ones that are considered to be no longer efficient with the operation. The newer plants which are efficient may still be retained for duties.

1) I have already get the keys. Can anyone share with me what are the common defects you saw in your house? I am afraid I miss out some parts.

2) Btw, what is the validity I can ask for Pr1ma to repair the defects free of charge? Is it same for everyone? 6 months, 1 year or 2 years?

Standard DLP for residential units is 2 years, can be longer but can't be shorter.

heard from my fren... super alot of defects... even for ppl that are not into small details like him also have alot of complaints... and the finishing is worse than pandanmas rumawip.... the only good thing is its larger in size but also higher in price without condo facilities...

As mentioned earlier, the standard defects liability period is 2 years from notice of Vacant Possession. It should be stated in your S&P document.

Defects are mostly hollow wall tiles in the toilets and gap(hole) between door frames and wall apart from water leakage at the kitchen basin area which was reported by the renovation contractors there to be common with most if not all units.

FYI....

This will involve two locations along the Light Rail Transit (LRT) line network, in Cempaka and Pandan Jaya. This will be followed by Pandan Indah, PR1MA said in a statement here today.

last time for alam damai is 10 years from SPA date.... the 5 years moratorium not sure is it already enforced or not.... for now i think just follow whatever is stated in your SPA first.... 10 years from SPA... lets the condo took 3-4 years to complete... left 6-7 years of moratorium....
