What's your basis? As askar perang owned so many 300k government housings like nobody's business but he didn't rugi kaw kaw.

One pr1ma die you assume others will die as well?

Rumawip location is very strategic, unlike pr1ma project.

Rumawip is less likely to die compared to other open market project, because you are buying BMV. There is a safety margin there

My PR1MA/Selangorku Lakefront cyberjaya price went up from 280k in 2020, now 2023 at around 360k.
Not all "government" house rugi ~ just because this one sucks doesn't mean the rest sucks

True, I bought my rsku 100k 5 years back and sold 220k, all about location, surrounding amenities, and too high density sure cannot buy

Government housing are sold below market price, if anything the open market project will fail first.

It’s not affordable housing or not, it is the location itself.

See how many non affordable housing project has failed in cyber?
