Received info from friends, only one lift function from each block and entirely outside not tidy and still doing a lot of touch up. What is the bull-shit they telling people to move in but all not tidy yet?

Anyone has any ideas what is this land (as shown in red arrow) use for? Another condo/apartment will be built here? It is the land besides Indah Water pool.

Thanks for the photos. I'm not aware of the IWK plant on the right side as it's covered by the trees all around without any signage. It appears that the entrance to this plant is via the road to the TNB substation. Funny that there is no information on this IWK plant at Alam Damai when the Loji IWK at Bandar Tun Razak was indicated in Google Map. If you hadn't posted these photos, most people wouldn't be aware of this plant that's hidden by trees without any signage.

Not too sure what's the purpose of the empty land but if there's another condo being built on this land, the road between the school and PR1MA will be seriously jammed up.

IWK plant is there since 1990's. Access from the main road, Jalan Alam Damai.

Yes, I figured that out. I missed it earlier as I thought the entrance is to the TNB substation only. Apparently there is another access road just beside the TNB entrance that leads to the IWK Plant. The plant is well-hidden by trees all round and there is no signage so people not familiar with the area may have not known about this plant or missed it when traveling along Jalan Alam Damai.

From the Google map snapshots below, it is clear that the first access road is leading to the TNB substation. The 2nd access is to the IWK. Initially I thought the 2nd access is also for the TNB substation but after looking at the map in detail, particularly after the forummer above posted the photo showing the IWK plant, not I realise there is this IWK plant well hidden by the trees and hoarding all around it.

everything okay here? my got 1 unit here...he showed some pretty horrendous workmanship..lol

hopefully the developer already rectified all the defects

Anyway, government is upgrading sewerage system to Central Plants for Klang Valley. This IWK plant will stop operation in few years time once the central plant and sewerage network is completed.
