That may be one reason why there are so many applications for the Rumawip at Bukit Jalil. Not too sure which part of Bukit Jalil is this Casa Green, but even with private/public prices of RM460k and lower, it appears that the price of very competitive. If I am not mistaken the market price of new apartments or condos around Bukit Jalil area is above RM500k for a 1000sqft unit but this one is 460k and below.
