will it be super crowded during the choose unit day? i guess the remaining unit won't be attractive due to this is limited unit left unsold ..

as for the loan, i saw someone mentioned here that still need to pay downpayment 10% which im worried. i thought applying pr1ma so called affordable will cover the downpayment so i dont need fork out cash...

Your question is very general, what kind of advice you want? No harm to go and have a look though.

i just simply apply for trying my luck and to my surprise i was selected. just received the email invitation today.

as this is my very first house and limited knowledge, i shall do more research about how to go about it.
some quick info hope you guys can enlighten me;

1) for pr1ma house, do we need to pay downpayment? anything i need pay using cast at all?

2) i believe the project will be completed this year. so i assume i can't be paying 'interest' as its almost completed. so i won't have time to enjoy and need to fork out extra for the monthly installment.

3) any idea how can i rent out if i decided? i guess property agent can't  help on that right?

4) since my name is under CTOS (already fully settled remark), easy to approve by bank?

5) any industrial area there?

i shall go there to survey this weekend too...
thanks a lot

1) yes, dp 10%. And maybe both of spa @ loan legal fees if the developer didn't cover.

2) the interest you saved is an "earned".

3) no, govt has every right to take back / sita your pr1ma unit if they got valid evidence that you rent out illegally.

4) depends on the 0 0 0 0 0 0 got straight 6 bulan or not, but I heard bank rakyat didn't care so much about that as long as u cleared total tunggakan. And those koperasi lenders didn't care as well.

5) alam damai has many car workshop, and those small industry businesses like mirror/aluminum/steel. Only the "magat/painting shop? ketukx2 that u need to check whether it's near or not.

May I ask what does "BDP" stand for? Thanks for the photo, though the image you posted is not straight.

From the looks of it, they are testing the lights at the roof, and perhaps the lights at the central core (lift area) and/or staircase area. Not too sure what is up there at the roof of the blocks as the lights are looking very bright.

Thx for the picture orientation.
The site that l hosted the photo didn't make any adjustment.

BDP is bandar damai perdana.
With the roof light visible from a distance, this building at least contributes as a scenic view at night... Not bad at the moment.
