will it be super crowded during the choose unit day? i guess the remaining unit won't be attractive due to this is limited unit left unsold ..
as for the loan, i saw someone mentioned here that still need to pay downpayment 10% which im worried. i thought applying pr1ma so called affordable will cover the downpayment so i dont need fork out cash... |

With the roof light visible from a distance, this building at least contributes as a scenic view at night... Not bad at the moment. |
