Rumawip location is very strategic, unlike pr1ma project.

Rumawip is less likely to die compared to other open market project, because you are buying BMV. There is a safety margin there

True, I bought my rsku 100k 5 years back and sold 220k, all about location, surrounding amenities, and too high density sure cannot buy

Don’t need your luck really.

Government housing are sold below market price, if anything the open market project will fail first.

It’s not affordable housing or not, it is the location itself.

See how many non affordable housing project has failed in cyber?

Low density then maintenance fee might goes up up up as less people to share the burden. I kena this one lol.
