By the way, I have seen the letter. Very weird for those interested in this PR1MA project.

Stated first come first serve. Meaning that you need to queue overnight or maybe few days to get your unit? And even so you not even sure whether qualify or not. Why so time wasting? Just do like RUMAHWIP. only those qualify get a call up. Settle.

Price certainly ain't cheap. Density so high.
Type A2: 1048 sqft = 400k?
Type A4: 662 sqft = 243k?
And stated price daripada. Almost 400 psf.

Better go buy Aset Kayamas product. KL prime location.

Few things to clarify here.
PR1MA is just like RUMAWIP, wait for the result from ballot, no queuing needed.
Indeed RUMAWIP sounded better deal in term of efficiency and location. But if you see properly, it only offers apartment/condo with 1 car park, 10 years moratorium.
For PR1MA, it could be landed property and more car parks. Most importantly the moratorium has been reduced to 5 years. Also for this Alam Damai project, the VP is estimated this year.
So there are pro and con, see how you judge lo...

They are still functioning, you can try to beat the red light

Traffic lights between Alam Damai Police Station - Jalan Alam Damai/Persiaran Alam Damai Junction are synchronized, the same goes to traffic lights at Jalan Alam Damai/Jalan 1/144A and Jalan Alam Damai/Persiaran Alam Damai (Altitude 236). On a lucky day, I could drive from Alam Damai Police Station all the way to MRR2 non-stop.

is this projek ok? if not then i just skip and wait for other pr1ma, since this is my 3rd option on my application

Showroom, there was one during launching last 4 years ago... The whole dev is ready, you can try to sneak in to view real one instead. Haha

am hoping my luck with rumawip since there's one Tasikmas with 200k pricetag, but somehow need to fork out rm15k as booking instead of usual 5k.

i stay within this area for 5years + now, traffic is getting worst every year. travel on weekdays from 6.30am - 8.30am is jam, took about 30minutes just to get to taman connaught, and jam all the way to federal highway if you are using east west link.

only 1 bus is in service, if i m not mistaken, number 400.

This morning a lorry is broken down at desa tun razak, causing massive jam until alam damai, took me an hour to escape that.
