More than 80% of developments in Wilayah Persekutuan KL are lease hold. Hard to get free hold properties in KL

I doubt any PR1MA in KL is freehold..
If l am you, l will grab the unit, stay for 10 years first.
Worth for money...
Then l can save for money in 10 years and look for a freehold....

if got no restriction i dont mind to grab the unit. But the point is pr1ma house should be affordable right.

Just simply type alam damai in iproperty and compare the price, it just slightly cheap for this "affordable house". Somemore the price still negotiable for those unit listed in iproperty. hmm.gif
