You mean the actual alam damai (DBKL, not Sgor) highrise can have better asking price?
(Be sure the cukai pintu from DBKL)
Can't find any highrise other than tmn desa cheras.
Pls supply some links if any. Thx

When I saw the listed price "Starting from RM218,000", I did the maths and thought it was 350k for the largest unit. This is still true because they mention that each car park is worth 25k and the non studio units all come with 2 car parks. 1 bedroom studio unit comes with 1 car park.

Pls confirm if it meets my requirement, under DBKL?
A lot of posts are using "Alam Damai" but it is not actually located in WP ie DBKL assessment.
(Bandar Damai Perdana's assessment goes to Sgor. Yes it is located nearby or using postcode 56000 but the fact is not undet DBKL assessment)

Of course you can choose to look for Sgor properties and there are plenty nearby.

Glad that you ask the question...
The purpose of going thru a big circle (to dig nearby DBKL highrise property) is to clarify there is a price that comes with DBKL address (aka state factor).
The pr1ma is located at WP and also border line to Sgor.
(Under DBKL of this area, only the Tmn Desa Cheras has a better price than pr1ma)

All nearby highrise properties within "Alam Damai" advertisement are physically belong to Sgor.
Of course, some of these subsale highrise properties have price and FH tenure than pr1ma.

Again, it is their opportunity, their choice and their decision.
Many others are still queuing for the pr1ma opportunity.

The whole Alam Damai is leasehold land. Anyway, you can hardly find new freehold properties in KL

If the loan you're applying now is much higher, then you can consider PR1MA if your loan is rejected...

just my consent about 10 years cant rent and must stay by my own .
i dont intention to rent, i just scare if i jobless , i still need to pay the mortgage , and i cant rent it out short while for recovering my financial problem ? if it comes ....
