I don't think he can get it as he already owned one. Pr1ma only for first time purchaser. I guess the event on saturday is for balloting purpose only.

It is great that you have no pantang against cemetery view. One advantage is that during night time, the cemetery is not noisy.

Yes, i receive mail asking me to attend for the PEMILIHAN rumah on sunday morning session.
Have called and ask, they said the 1st 500 will be choosing the unit allocated and the remaining will have to ballot this weekend.

Mean can freely choose unit for the first 500?

If i didn't get it wrong from them, they say each person will allocated just a few units to choose.

mayb the allocated unit also not really good..why not they jz use balloting way..hmmm

i got invitation to book 1 unit. this morning i go register and book 1 unit but the problem is for 935 sft, the price is 365k..
its only an apartment. is it consider low price around this place?

3. Location wise not in my favour. Far from kl & pj

Fyi, i also got offer for prima cyberjaya via balloting. Went there to survey the unit,also reject it due to reason#1 & #2. Plus only left few unit which smaller than my current house,but pricier.

935sqft = rm365k
1048sqft = rm400k
995 sqft = rm385k
662 sqft = rm243k
