Balloting again for what purpose? Already balloted once, sent out emails to successful balloters. So just go on that day n select unit. Anyway, was told by pr1ma staff.

I prefer Brickfield Prima, but since already got this, just go for it. Don't think i,m lucky enough to get again next time.

It depends on individual preference for each location

Got pros and cons.
Biggest pro is the ideal location, quiet and safe surrounding, clearn air. Rumor is there would be a future mrt right beside this station (MRT3).

Biggest con is high density, but for staying in there I dont think its a big issue, just the enter/exit roads might have some traffic during peak hours.

Prima got any rules cannot sell within certain period?

out of topic. Just wondering, why nobody even talk about Pr1ma Bukit Bintang? isn't it a better location?

my friend received the email too,but he just bought a unit...according to the PRIMA rules is "tidak memilki lebih daripada satu"is it mean he still entitle for Alam damai?he just own one but not more than one

If the Pr1ma Bkt Bintang is Jln Jubilee, the one off-Loke Yew highway then yes closer to KL center but how to ensure your unit will not face Kwong Tong Cemetery? Like you say, it's for own stay. A 'nice' view isn't it?
