If the Pr1ma Bkt Bintang is Jln Jubilee, the one off-Loke Yew highway then yes closer to KL center but how to ensure your unit will not face Kwong Tong Cemetery? Like you say, it's for own stay. A 'nice' view isn't it?

I don't think he can get it as he already owned one. Pr1ma only for first time purchaser. I guess the event on saturday is for balloting purpose only.

It is great that you have no pantang against cemetery view. One advantage is that during night time, the cemetery is not noisy.
Wishing you get chosen for a pr1ma unit that meets your requirements.

If i didn't get it wrong from them, they say each person will allocated just a few units to choose.

Hi all, wish to clarify how come i saw first thread is 2013 but until now only ballot yea?? Means now only launch or?? Looks weird as after 2 years only first PRIMA project for ballot? Heard about this prima project all the while ...

i got invitation to book 1 unit. this morning i go register and book 1 unit but the problem is for 935 sft, the price is 365k.. ohmy.gif
its only an apartment. is it consider low price around this place?
not sure my loan can approve or not.. sweat.gif

Anyone got full price list for PR1MA alam damai from pwtc today?i was among the 500,but i didn't go for unit selection. Just wanted to know the price of the unit...

1. Just bought 1st house
2. Price is far from 'affordable' tag
3. Location wise not in my favour. Far from kl & pj

Fyi, i also got offer for prima cyberjaya via balloting. Went there to survey the unit,also reject it due to reason#1 & #2. Plus only left few unit which smaller than my current house,but pricier.
