Got pros and cons.
Biggest pro is the ideal location, quiet and safe surrounding, clearn air. Rumor is there would be a future mrt right beside this station (MRT3).

Biggest con is high density, but for staying in there I dont think its a big issue, just the enter/exit roads might have some traffic during peak hours.
