Pr1ma is a corporation body under govt supervision.. This alam damai will be fully developed by pr1ma.. Not a joint venture development with private developer..

All pr1ma project are open to public, whoever eligible can apply

PR1MA's officer replied my email saying PR1MA is under Private Residential Property. But I'm wondering why private property can attached with so much restrictions/policies e.g. cannot sell within 10 years and cannot rent out.

Anyone know the developer who in-charge for this project?

if can't afford and need house then should move to kampung...kampung there many lands and cheap houses...those who build houses oso never think of people feelings that already there for years ady...evyday go out house in no sun light back house oso no sun light....tis is because all stupid developer simply develop houses in ppl area and because stupid ppl who move to ppl resident area tat even different class...so reli need house to stay n cant afford...my opinion is move back to kampung n don't make other ppl life miserable tat already stay in alam damai more than 10 years....tq
