Arcadia vp tis yr. Waterfront ll b around for now as Tenant renewed TA on yrly basis now. They can tear down anytime since its 1 yr tenancy. But doubt ll b so soon. Probably stay for at least another 2 or 3 yrs.

Icic, ngam also, as waterfront bring them steady income. Somemore those who finished sport etc also can direct lepak and cari makan over there..
Just this piece of land so huge leh, especially the 2nd car park devil.gif

They hav plan fr time to time. No worries. But I hope the cp land ll not hav a huge monster object on it. We need to maintain more greenery. Gd to replace the cp with greenery later on if they r building more elsewhere.

Carpark 2 condo site will eventually block whatever park view of CP condo. Parkcity is turning into a big time con.

The waterfront for school is oledi discussed last yr. So far dun think they ll proceed due to some extension in the current one and oso took over the kiddies patch for nursery in tis coming sept.

Anw my hearsay alwiz wrong wan. Do update urself elsewhere fr time to time.

wah..construction..construction and more construction...this place is turning into a concrete jungle liao...starting to look tired already
and if the developer does not look into revamping the place better with more greenery, its going to the dogs liao I reckon..

more needs to be done ..grow more trees and flower bearing plants , improve landscaping ..etc

As far as known.....

1. Besides WS3
2. Waterfront Car Park 2
3. Opposite Southlake
4. Besides Safa
5. Towncentre

Location wise, no. 2 to no. 5 all better than WS3. Price wise, you guess yourself..... biggrin.gif
