For external part, the square area and the row facing main road is doing well as some of them have dual frontage acess from mall. Others facing internal road is not ok. In fact I hav seen 2 zenia tenants actually moved to ws2  Not all likey commi activity wan especially some teacher tenants who dun wish to be trapped in tis part where the school is just opposite arcadia. Will casaman be another great option??? No idea. Every parcel has own unique selling points. Zenia actually provide more greenery than casaman for now. And nearer to central park. Many parents likey the park as it's convenience for them to bring kids over. Adora adiva nadia oso give a cheaper options for those who luv park. Reckon not necessary have to get closer to online commi. Nadia is in the middle of both within 100m to park and waterfront, 300m to arcadia. Type B has squarish layouts. Type C is a bit weird with split levels...

Didnt go for condo units. The layout is just not practical and the kitchen is horribly small... yeah the split level make it just impossible for oldie to stay. Condo cum parkhome concept....personally dont really like it especially as an landed owner. Density n hard to control tenant n need to use the facilities at the condo.....however i saw condo unit with good occupancy.. based on thr night light.
