It actually depends solely on you..
But as for me I have no regrets on the note 2..
Note 3 will have the same FHD and better camera than the s4 plus a few more additional features as it had always been for example the s2 and note 1, the s3 and note 2.. and henceforth s4 and note 3..
If your hands are itcy you should grab one now.
But if patience is a virtue than you might wanna wait anxiously..

Sorry if this strays off this topic.. but I wanna discuss something about the book voucher..
Recently the government had made a new ruling which now prohibits students from purchasing any IT stuff other than books..
You could only spend 20 percent from the RM250 on other things other than books..
Is this statement true??
I really wanna buy portable hard drives..
Because my 1 TB full already.
