Would like to add. Why doesn't Samsung have a hole cut out for the Notification Light to emit through since it is an integral feature of their phones especially now that they have a huge cut out(for the clock) for their flip cases for S4?

Coz they haven't yet established a design committee to review, assess, make a focus group study, review again and approve the change?

the best way is to buy a high quality belt hole puncher, you can punch many hole sizes

or you can find a cobbler to punch a hole for you.
