On that note, what does everyone think of those hp shop imposing additional 2%/3% charges on credit card? I can understand small hp stalls do that, but even official shop like Nokia (talking abt that Gurney branch) doing that....

Last time when I bought my laptop from a shop at lowyat they said they want to charge me 1% if I pay by credit card. I refused and argued with them, then at last they agreed to not charge extra. So next time try argue first before pay

The casing for RM199? Gosh, that's an expensive casing I would say. Rather get the genuine Nokia case for RM39.

Anyway, if to buy Lumia 920 in Penang, head over to BJ Kompleks. Get from the Nokia retailer. Much cheaper there (lower than RRP).

This sucks. Official Nokia Store like The Gardens doesn't even charge me extra when I use credit card to buy a car charger (DC-20).

Btw, Nokia booth at Mid Valley doesn't stock the DC-20 but try to persuade me buy a old Sony Ericsson car charger @ RM138. Nokia DC-20 cost only RM49 with 2 USB port of 1A each. So I think have to be careful when buying stuff from Nokia retailer or even Nokia Store (such as the Gurney Plaza case).

Nokia should really look into this matter.

Let me tell u a story again. I bought mine at Penang GP they want to charge me extra 3%, my dad ask them why NOKIA charge 3% only those retailer other than NOKIA charge 3%. Then my dad say nvm next time only buy. When we r about to leave the person say ok ok nvm we will sell it at normal price no extra charges. Seriously NOKIA really need to control their retailer. They simply impose charges and ask people to buy those OP casing. The VIVA casing they sell at RM199. We can easily get them online at RM60 - RM80.

But still some people don't know so they just buy it, they don't know their right as a consumer/customer.

same as here the nokia retailer at digital mall section 14 pj ground floor selling their what ori case for rm13X and what ori screen protector for rm6X...... but anyway 920 itself is very good so just forget about that

I hate that guy too, the way he talks no mood like look down on u cant even smile. Everything u ask him he say no no no. I once talk to a lady that own nokia stall in queensbay. She told me that the guy was transfer away from her stall to gurney. She is like complain and tell me bad thing about him the way he talk, the way he treat customer.

I was like yalo yalo. Nokia need to do something about that guy.

i think it is better to buy from Nokia retailers like Hello Station.
they don't charge me extra and the original silicon casing only RM39!

The one from the Curve, they are patient to explain things to the customers and served them well. I bought my 920 there!

there is 1 more cute girl at there ..which is better than him 100x ..but she look like newbie ..lack of knowledge ..BUT is OK ..atleast her attitude is 10000x better than that stupiak sohem guy

Yeap...the workers are pretty friendly and helpful.

Sometimes I wonder if it will kill those people to just smile at customers

Hahahaha. I once complain about the price in GP but not their staff btw yep seriously he keep on playing with his phone. Every single time i have a look in NOKIA store eventually i will see him at the counter head down on the phone. I feel bad for NOKIA hiring this kind of person. Any other people will do a better job than him.

I bet other brand will be laughing looking at NOKIA hire this kind of employee.

Pennag Nokia stores this accessory dun have that accessory dun have one... compare Gurney Nokia store to appe store, the fruit has sh!tloaf of accesssories, Nokia store only a bit at a small corner o0o

Worse case scenario i use it to buy monster earphone liao then sell off the earphone, cant find charging stand here.
