If HTC not release second generation of Butterfly, HTC something wrong.

Just HTC probably talk it too earlier. It shall mention it later.

I am sure Butterfly 2 will be out similar time as last year Butterfly.

haha, if majority customer know this problem and voice it out then the phone maker will improve la.
if not we will see many "useless" innovation in a marketing gimmick instead see they really fixing old problem/ improve what human needs

or someone else do it like very huge differencse and make it a big bang in attention then other will follow his step like err....

nokia 808? he made 41mp+big sensor camera performance damn good till got a big attention then everyone start boasting their camera in ads

now if motorola phone sell like hot cake with big battery capacity (or note 3 with larger battery capacity) then others will follow the footstep then we will have large battery capacity

or else we just buy yaobao tahan dulu

Philips do out a crazy outstanding battery before on it Xenium series which can last long standby a month but that technology seems own by Philips only and Philips is dead at phone market.

Then I never seen any manufacture out any cool battery anymore.

Philips last phone was Android and last long 17 days standby out in year 2011.

standby 17 days is very normal, consider low for non 2g or 3g standby, alot phone did better than that...

That 17 days is Android HSDPA phone.

Normal not smartphone last longer 30 days standby, got one unit 50 days standby.

is android smart phone, not normal phone...

I don't understand why HTC release Butterfly, since their main flagship is One and successor from One X.

It's kinda blur the line of flagship and "wanna be" flagship. Even now, lot of people still doesn't know Butterfly lol

Yes..One is the main flagship. Butterfly different because its special features. Sort of Samsung S Series and Note Series.
