nowadays maximise self service and you can just verify thumbprint at self service kiosk

the counters are rather freed up

good also unlike my 1st withdrawal long ago need to do it OTC

but... if you kena all kiosk hogged by slow ones then you need to stand there waiting lol

The $$$ would be there till 100yo...

So no worries about being dormant or missing $$$...

No top up or withdrawal.... All dividend would be accumulated over the years... And become bigger...

Did not do anything in the app just go to EPF counter say want withdraw rm50 so the lady help me process it

Triage counter say u pergi counter saja since u tak buat apa apa kat app
Counter lady ask me want withdraw how much
I say rm50
Account 3 ada duit? I say yes ada sikit
You boleh pindha kalau tak cukup. I say I nak pindah 50 dah cukup
She keep insisting to withdraw all from account 3 but I say really 50 enough

Oh sini tak boleh ini macam mesti guna account number
Tulis the account number on my queue number
Then she tiktiktoktok keyboard then print out 2 forms
Ok you sign 2 form
Thumb print 2 form
Make sure semua details betul baru sign
I say betul
Then she say kalau next time nak withdraw guna app saja, kalau account number yang sama boleh withdraw sampai 29999 kalau lebih mesti datang sini buat thumb print lagi

I say ok terima kasih
Then i ask bila dapat duit.. she said 3 hingga 7 hari
Kalau tak dapat Dan account number you bagi salah then 1 bulan untuk refund then you datang sini lagi untuk withdraw lagi

She treat me very good explain till very detail

Whole process took about 10 mins
