No idea with it, he only said 6 or 25 cycle date for me to choose. So usually just view your transaction on Internet banking right since there is no PDF monthly statement.

They do agree don't have at the moment. What I ask for is the exact same format as the paper statement, including all messages, payment method, late payment fee calculation and other fine print. The online one is quite close to the paper statement. Just make do for own recording purposes.
