tried to applied through OCBC branch via my friend which works in OCBC.. 2 weeks later, get later saying application failed =.= asked my friend why, he said OCBC tried to call my office, and no1 pick up =.= problem is, during office hours, CONFIRM there's ppl picking up =.=

and in addition to my record, i currently have maybank2card and have NEVER paid late.. good paymaster.. no car/housing loan.. no idea why rejected.. zzz fedup

but SC approved mine both submitted about the same date

Applied mine last week. Got call from the officer yesterday for verification purpose. How long will it be to know if the application be successful or not after the verification call?

The call usually shows as unknown number to most phone so that might be the reason why no one picks up. For me I had them to call my mobile number as I am very sure the colleagues at my workplace will not pick up.

Sorry, did not ask when I called customer service. Anyway I noticed that credit card slip which you sign has AmBank instead of public bank previously. So looks like Fah Lian switched banks....maybe this affected the MCC?
