hehe..i also just submitted my application when I received call from OCBC in the yesterday morning. After several times of failure in getting the card, wish this time will be the last time and successful

My agent informed me that if successful, the card won't be couriered to me. Instead I need to come to the branch to collect. And guest what, I am in Bintulu and the nearest branch is in Miri. 200++ kms away. Walauweh. This is officially my worst experience ever in applying cards!

is it so different to get this card? I walk in pcfair and using my ic only. they print out epf and I sign only. after 2 day they approved and send the card following week.

Anyone manage to change their statement date upon activation of your card?
I tried to but the CS told me it can't be done, need to have at least one transaction with the card & wait for one week, then only can request to change the date. |

I just realised if pay bills using OCBC online, no charges! If pay bia Maybank2u (suing Amex for example) then it'll be RM0.50. I haven't tried with my Amex. Please confirm? If true, then this's one more reason to use OCBC online to pay bills.
