Visited the show gallery. Nice facade, looks high end. The draw back to me is that it's a bit pricy, though the developer provides kitchen cabinet, wardrobe n aircon for each room and built-in water heater. Based on their past track record, I will give it a miss. cool2.gif

Visited the sale gallery & impress by the unit layout. Each unit is a corner unit. 8 units per floor with 4 lifts. 3 tier security & partly furnished. Its very attractive project. BUT..

They are opening tower C which is near to LRT. A promised walkway which Im quite doubt. The project plan is bad. Tower C is separated with future tower A & B. Most of the facilities are at tower C.Such as futsal, tennis, children pool. However the 48m infiniti pool & gym room is at tower A & B. You will walk so damn far to swim & your children is swimming at tower C instead the 48m pool. Why the developer design the facility in such way! Its super weird!

Besides, the car park is bside the tower & cunits at ertain floors facing car park! Another big wrong! Their plan dont really think for their people. But for future tower B will be a good buy coz everything is under one roof. Just that you will have to walk to tower A for children pool.

Attractive maintenance fees as well. 25 cents per sqft. But...look at villa wangsa mas maintenance..does it look promising?

My comclusion is this project is better than season garden. But it is still not promising as seri riana & iraman wangsa maju..

Hi, may i know what makes you say not promising as iraman.. I would like to know in terms of what it's better..

I went to their showhouse too yesterday.
Show units .. as usual..so many mirrors installed to make it looks like very big.. too many deco stuffs, can't really imagine how it looks when delivered
parking.. i think too far la have to walk from the lift.. not really convenient compared to villa wangsamas.. and I heard it is tandem parking type too.. troublesome for such a 'premium condo'

price .. got 2% discount, then 5% bumi discount.. then there's rebate 50% of the 10% deposit..
location i think too near to lrt railway.. even in villa wangsamas, can hear the lrt so loud during night, gonna be louder at Infiniti
IMO if for own stay, for this kind of premium condo, I think ppl dun care if it walking distance from LRT, coz u mostly gonna use car, except for expat

wangsa maju gonna be packed with highrise condos after this..maybe will look like mont kiara blink.gif

Tower B pricing for 2+S units (1085sf) facing the pool and KLCC are from RM796K onwards. Others from RM715K.
Very expensive products being sold by DTZ on behalf of Setapak Heights !!

wangsa maju is good place to stay. with upcoming of several premium condos around the area, i think the price is right already. but if considering the developer, it may be on the expensive side.

wangsa maju indeed is a good place. I dont think pv is selling that exp either. any bus for students travelling over there?

Yeah i foresee based on area rental and selling price,this project is doable unless the dev fukup.for the 2nd.time.

I just know one thing - the sales gals in the Infiniti looks well dress if compared to SeasonGarden...

from here, you will know the price and entry level is difference smile.gif
