Its going to be tough to decide. location is good but developer sucks big time. Seri Riana was expensive. If Setapak Heights sell this at slightly cheaper price, consumers will be tempted ...and for those who are aware of this developer, they will buy but will keep their fingers cross in the hope that the developer has not turn into a more responsible one. so, do your research before you part with your hard earned money.

hi, im interested with infiniti.. but i want to know if the developer has learned from the lesson and what will be their action taken to ensure the quality of the house . I have been trying to find the website of the developer, but i couldn't find from the web. That makes me feel insecure.. Please advise if you know anything..

Every sales launching will sounds very promising from sales person to the show units. Can you show the approval for the covered walkway to LRT (to LRT or to the main road?). Setapak Heights bullied us at Villa Wangsamas. During the 1st 2 yers, there were so many break-ins and the MO (appointed by SHD) was useless. The security company was useless. Lift was cheap looking worst than apartments. They never cooperate with our JMC. They only fixed the exterior wall of the building because they need to launch Infiniti.
Mayland repeated their bad habits at Royal Regent. They promised connecting road to main road but till today after VP, the access was not completed. no matter what the reason it for not being able to deliver the covered walkway to PWTC LRT or access road, Mayland gave empty promise during sales. So, is Setapak Heights another bad developer? Why not u take your risk?
