Just remember, building any kind of walkway that goes out from your land to other people's land (eg: Sri Rampai station) will require approvals from various parties. It's not entirely impossible to do but I wonder if this developer is ready with all the required applications or just paying lip service to sell their property.

lip service probably based on their track record - previously with Villa wangsamas phase 2, they said there
is a mall coming up in front of the condos but after almost 5 years, there is nothing!

apparently, they are also being sued by the condo JMC as they did not hand over the maintenance funds after the management was taken over by residents

The piece of land is clear...no mean to start construction aso...

But this location is strategic n i think its quite high density...the piece of land is nit tat big la...

hmmm... some how the design doesn't looks good with the 650psf price tag. expect more than that. gardening part macam sibeh jialat macam mau mati. building also sibeh typical and bulky. too expose carpark floor make it even jialat. walking at the garden looking toward the car park floors jialat siao... spoil the mood to the max.

see no link between the infiniti name with the condo concept.

overall is 1 hell of a sibeh soso jialat development.

Coverwalk way? I guess it is not possible..
Bcoz the road frm villa wangsa to sri rampai stn has a dangerous turning..always accident there...dun think will have walk way there...
Possible if the road redesign...

The design look vy cin cin cai cai aso...not my preference...no concept aso...650psft...no wayfor me..better go check out iraman wangsa maju by beneton a far more better developer with cheaper price...

Mayland promised covered walkway from Regalia Service Apartment to PWTC LRT. VP was in Sept 2012 but till today no sign of the covered walkway. Mayland is now saying need to liaise with DBKL as its under the River for Life project.
But then...ppl will still buy Infiniti for various reasons. Till today, the daycare/kindergarden promised by Setapak Heights for VW has not been established yet. Yes, VW is under JMB now but Setapak Heights didn't initiate anything at all for VW during the first 2 years.
no matter what we write here, ppl will still buy from Setapak Heights. So, why not you take your risk !

At 650psf, why not buy IJM's Seri Riana? Even after their recently increased price, it still comes to 625psf and this from a much more reputable developer. Am I right, fongolou?

Is Infiniti closer to the LRT station than Seri Riana?
