No lah..... just went there today.

The unit I asked is at Level 16 (1085 sqft) , RM732k before discount.

After 2% + 5% discount, about RM682k which translate to about RM628 per sqft.

Not to mentioned the free legal fee for loan and S&P, free air-conditioned units, wardrobes, kitchen hood/hob, water heater etc ~ which about 20k?

Effectively reduce the cost to RM610 per sqft for a Level 16 unit, each floor reduce 2k.

For those who are interested, why not go have a look, their sales person very helpful rclxms.gif

If you don't mind me asking, with the price Infiniti asking, wouldn't the adjacent Seri Riana better? Much better developer and facility?

Actually, I think higher discount was given because they increased the price significantly after the first block.

During the initial launch, I was quoted about RM 732K with discount of 7% for a 1085ft2 unit at Level 18. I'm not bumi, so no additional 5% discount.
