eh. isnt the last villa wangsamas units got some cracks on the building? it's so obvious from outside. not sure if they have fixed the problem,

house buyer should make informed decision before buying property. it includes developer's background and past development. these are our hard earn money. it's not like we are buying vege.

Any idea how the layout will be? I personally don't like the P1 and P2 design which has diamond shape corners. The space cannot be fully utilized.

oh definitely lah! but there is another thread already started on the old Villawangsamas ..the point is this is to discuss the new launch ie prices , layout, facilities etc..basically this thread is not a developer bashing forum per se ..am not siding them at all and am not from the developer..we should post useful

this location is very good in terms of proximity to LRT. amenities and to duke highway..those who live around this area will testify to that ..moreover, its relatively
near to city centre and if selling at around 470 psf, to me, its worth considering for u/c properties- howeve,r i think one can still find a bargain in the secondary
market btw.

since info is pretty scant at the moment in terms of facilities, specs, layout, etc, its worth waiting to see what the developer will offer..so basically then you decide lor on the pros and cons of whether to buy ma..
