But price wise start from RM680k+ min for smallest size

went there last weekend, 1 block already sold, now selling 2nd block already...altogether 3 blocks.

Can i know infiniti each unit have rubbish room? So far Season Garden dont have....Need to ask detaily....

Should have on each floor. Even their previous project villa wangsamas has it.

Hello guys, managed to get a unit at block B. The building layout is quite good. 8 units per floor with 4 lift.

Nice. Which level n layout u get? What price?

Facing the garden and pool. Price quite reasonable. I have scout around to find new development condominium. Infiniti still offer bang for bucks, as the accessibility to KL is very good. Been to other developments near Wangsa Maju but so far no other development can beat Infiniti. Even there are many bad reviews about the developer but for me they will improve. Even Serini from Sime Darby couldn't compare in terms of price and infrastructure and size..

Setapak Heights is famous for their cut corners by using lousy materials and not giving what they promised as per what in brochure. Developer is one of major factor in choosing property, but it's ok if u willing to take the risk. I hope they will improve for the premium price that u have to pay. Otherwise there will be another episodes of cracks on building and exploded tiles after few years of stay.

If you don't mind me asking, with the price Infiniti asking, wouldn't the adjacent Seri Riana better? Much better developer and facility?

The price is lesser and the maintenance fee also lesser compare to sri riana.. Sri riana don't hv the show unit for smaller unit and I can't gauge the layout of the house. Especially for the first house and we are serious in a buying a house, for sure we want to see the layout and gauge from there. For me, it depends on your preference.. everyone will have the value that they are looking at.. For me, I look Infiniti suits my needs and budget..

About the developer, I can't say anything as it's not easy to get a perfect developer nowadays. There are good and bad about them and it's also depends to your luck as well. Even if you buy from the best developer also if you have no luck, you will get bad quality of unit.. Just hope for the best..

wow..at least RM650/sf..LH some more...metroview wangsa maju is FH subsale at RM450/sf...walking distance to lrt station also...rental rate in this area is around RM1,500 to RM2,000...

under construction Seri Riana, LH by IJM selling at RM500/sf..

for own stay, Infiniti may be no issue but for investment, this project can go or not?
