wow..at least RM650/sf..LH some more...metroview wangsa maju is FH subsale at  RM450/sf...walking distance to lrt station also...rental rate in this area is around RM1,500 to RM2,000...

under construction Seri Riana, LH by IJM  selling at RM500/sf..

for own stay, Infiniti may be no issue but for investment, this project can go or not? hmm.gif
*
Investment wise not good la... Own stay just nice. Visited the show room recently. The price for 1500+sqft is at RM 700k+. Your monthly commitment is way above the rental rate.

About the developer, I can't say anything as it's not easy to get a perfect developer nowadays. There are good and bad about them and it's also depends to your luck as well. Even if you buy from the best developer also if you have no luck, you will get bad quality of unit.. Just hope for the best..  nod.gif

100% agreed.

Facing the garden and pool. Price quite reasonable. I have scout around to find new development condominium. Infiniti still offer bang for bucks, as the accessibility to KL is very good. Been to other developments near Wangsa Maju but so far no other development can beat Infiniti. Even there are many bad reviews about the developer but for me they will improve. Even Serini from Sime Darby couldn't compare in terms of  price and infrastructure and size..
*
Yes. Serini is totally below Sime Darby quality.

Just want to make money.. Developer should not be so greedy.

which unit size are you referring to? how much is the price? the main upside for this dev is the walking distance to lrt. price wise psf irama still cheaper and it's freehold but if you buying 1500 sq feet then size wise no comparison for new dev there (excluding seri riana).

Yea you are right...
Inifiniti is leasehold plus they cant renew their leasehold...heard its only left 94/95 years...

The overall master plan not impressive...

The SA is damn aggressive..I went there twice but only to visit and the next few days after my visit keep calling me...

You bought one unit even though you know that the else will not be renewed? Wch size did you buy? Sorry for asking but what was your deciding factor? Was it price or location or ? In my view Price wise definitely you can get better price in other development.

SA told there is possibility to renew and it could be renewed. Anyhow, 4 years different will not be decisive and should be alright for investment purpose. Just hope there is chance to get renewal in near future. Erm, the unit I bought is smallest size.
Location is the main factor for me. Price is indeed more premium than surrounding new launching like Season Garden. Having said that, low density and better layout are one of the factor as well.

Went to the showunit last weekend. Block B level 13A price for 1085sqf is RM814,600. After discount all end about 660K. So around RM608 per sqft. Not too bad I think.
