i recommend nex5n. or sony RX1. but i honestly dont like small cameras. too fiddly imo

good for those who wants auto mode. if not, get the small2 entry level better

Was using 80200 two touch on D700. Only worried the body and lens connector part since its exposed but turns out everything is okay. Thank god

i know nexus 4 is smoothest because vanilla setting only, but i eyeing one HTC ONE with ultra loud boom speaker confirm 100% can wake up from sleep

actually.. i bought nexus just few days before saw the announcement for htc one. lol... but anyway nexus 4 is cheap.. so ok lar

you're wrong, nexus is fast because it is pure android and Google flagship device

pure andriod = vanilla? i mean they no need the thing called what again ar? bootloader? then it is smooth i guess, they told me other branded andriod phone need bootloader baru can launch...like samsung need touchwiz and HTC need sense?

Hi guys!

I'm looking to buy a DSLR. Currently my choice is between Nikon D5200 and Canon 600D (but personally see myself liking the Nikon better). Budget is RM3k.

I'm will be using the camera mostly for videography and also some casual shots (landscapes mostly). I prefer one that can handle low light better.

How much is the current price? I went to a local shop (Perlis) and he offer me RM2900 with the 18 55 lens, 8gb card, bag and tripod.

I'm new to all this, so hope you sifus all can help me.

I think if videography is involved then perhaps most will lean towards Canon but the price for the D5200 with 18-55 and said accessories is only around RM2.6k here in KL.

Is there any specific reason to lean towards Canon? I understand about the pricing in Perlis can be a rip off, but I'm willing to go up to Penang for purchase which I believe will be around the same price range with KL.

i tried one X before, speed same as my nexus only, bootloader every phone got, it is like the black screen that you see when you start your PC

touchwiz and HTC sense all that is the UI that the manufacturer put on top of android OS, while android OS like nexus get updates directly from Google and dont have those fancy looking UI

maybe can try to get a 2nd D7000 for 3k with kit lens

but but i liek metro design a.k.a window 8 / sense 5

I just checked the specs again, apparently the D5200 does better fps. So I guess there's no reason you should go for either 650D or 600D.

How bout low light handling? After looking at some video shots on Youtube, somehow I feel the canon handles low light better

That's the reason why I said people with interest in videos lean more towards Canon. But if the D5200 is able to do 60fps, that gives you more room to edit and enhance the video. Photo wise, I tried a D5200 in Nikon centre and the result was pleasant. Won't know how it fares against the D7100 but it definitely is better than the D7000.
