Trust me, i am also considering to buy those 808. Been holding since it got a successor named Nokia EOS coming soon.
if 808 price dropped below 1k surely will grap it today! haha

still using my 5 years old nokia e63. i never updated it since i bought it but did it last week and it can now operate whatsapp.
what makes me fall in love with 808 is the audio recording. it sounded better than any condenser mic i encountered before and couple it with the camera + xenon flash ( not your typical led flash on phone today market. this is actual flash used by proper camera )

gosh i wonder why did they pack this super awesome phone with a bit lacking OS capability

i got 808, trust me, the OS is not lacking...it all comes down to ur needs.
essentials like opera, whatsapp, free nokia maps etc etc...can go on and on...so unless ur one of those ppl who like to waste time playing games or instagram then there really is not that much missing.
its *slow ass single core* is faster than my S2 due to the OS being not so resource hungry, which also translates to much better battery life.

but yea, another reason is the audio recording...up to 140db with no distortion...can pirate concerts

whats the current market price for 808? these nokia and nikon almost sounded the same lol.

got ppl selling rm1.2k+ in GS.
the site becazo had rm999 promo...but must buy with mastercard i think...have to wait for them to do the promo again.

but yea, now i only need to charge my phone every 2 or 3 days.
maybe later i go check out the xperia Z see how its music chip is like...or S4 when its out...but i cant imagine those batts lasting more than a day also

and now back to nikon...a week or so before D7100 finally released...
apparently moose peterson already got a couple of D7100's to test with...and apparently he shot this with D7100 + 70-200/f4 + 2.0tc...and the new AF module can focus with f/8.

means? they use fancy EQ? like beats?

but my friends that go diving use anything except nikon...usually canon and olympus compacts

if not diving also, i think most ppl also use anything except nikon compacts
