I using d3100 now but want to have more focus point and faster auto focus (since I like to shot on random people and sport etc)
Should I get a second hand d7000 or just wait for new d7100 come out?
When d7100 come out will d7000 price drop?

This is will be my first camera upgrade, and plan to get a prime lense for portrait shot after that

i need some help here regarding cls system here..
since my camera have no commander mode...i use sb-700 as master via trigger
i plan to make my system like this for some potraiture setup
look at the pic..
is this even working..

FF+1.4?

Was at a raptor wildlife center at Perth last year, was shooting with 85mm f/1.4G... hit and miss on focusing ._. LOL!!! You know how slow that lens is... the glass too big and also small SWM motor.
Haha... for panning its more of practice than equipment. Bigger lens are much heavier and not so easy to handle.
Probably cropped, I can't recall. Was shooting with D700 and even 400mm is insufficient reach when you're at Sepang for most of the turns.

Exposure, going any lower means I need to up my shutter speed which means less panning effect.

WOW NICE! using D800? Mind sharing the shooting info? (ISO, shutter speed etc)

I am lack of knowledge and skill in capturing nice moving object...

ah ic , so means D7000 supports 32gb ultra sandisk class 10 ? , how much does it cost ?

D7000 is better than D90 for sure on paper. but if you're good, u can still take good pics from D90  last year D7000 with kitlens is around 3.5k. now with new model around i think the price have drop already. D5200 is entry level, D7000 Is another level up. go to some nikon center and test it yourself. lol.

want to ask what's the difference between tokina 116 pro dx and 116 pro dx II?

i checked the website it say dx II some with silent wave motor while dx doesn't, so does 116 dx have built in motor?

I've seen teetaatee sifu's photos taken with the D90, wouldn't know its a D90 if didn't check   
Still, if budget permits, its more worth it to get the D7000 right?
