i hear some ppl say buy setia ski mrt coming up n i counted 5 yr holding cost is around RM200k brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif Hope buyers here not waiting for tourists or mrt20 to save this project

ya...but selling fast for KLCC view..i think almost 50% of whole block gone...the leftover is genting view..let see the result in coming months...

Last two years, fennel rm 600 t0 rm700 also sell like hot cake without river side and mall. This rm 800 persf should be selling fast. Many rich people here. Buying property like going to market buy vegetables.

The loan agent told me during i visiting the ekotiti show room. It should be selling fast.

Fennel sure sell like hot cake. YTL It is super brand in Malaysia, they got property, commercial n mall development important is they got so many fansi.
Ekovest is just a new brand in property not even hav any track record. U are comparing a difference level product.
Don talk about track record, from the sale office u can see the super big diff.
