This is another project, next to Old Town Coffee instead of the primary school.

I think they need to solve the traffic problem before build anything here. So how's the DUKE extension?

Personally abit disappointed they just build office, mall, hotel here but not include residential

The scary part is do we need more office here? Unless owner occupied like the Warisan Merdeka.

There is a land near it that will soon go also, and this one got residential I think.

For now, the area looks better to have higher grade office than residential, sustainable or not I don't predict .. residential, like what did you all know, already got a few coming soon. My2c.

If they build a hotel here, what kind of guest they targeting? Local or foreigner? The nearest LRT quite far away from here..
This place have a stunning KLCC view, hope they don't waste it.

Hahaha take advantage of the Titiwangsa name only, this is opposite road of should name it Menara Titiwangsa View instead.

Nowadays every properties also wanna borrow a good name..lol
