Two years ago. i buy rafflesia with 3xxper sf is a super good buy.ha ha.

I still can enjoy the river side shopping environment with walking distance from rafflesia.

Mad pricing bro for no MRT project! they can't even tell about the 80 storey cos its just artist impression n planning.. with regard to those excited about a mall here, what's ekovest track record in building apartment or even mall??? Have they secured any anchor tenants for ekocheras mall? When buying props near malls best to stick to those with prior retail experience..

One thing, i dont like is the duke highway pass through the shopping center. I forsee the vibration and sound penetrated to the building.

How can u compare constructing a highway to building a huge mix development like this? You are comparing apples to oranges. They are all the while highway developers. DUKE is their main project since ages ago. They have 60 years remaining highway consession with DUKE. Now just started a property development arm.

How can u compare a highway contractor to a property developer lol! It's too early to tell if they are good property developers or not as they have no solid past track records on any mix developments like these. And kindly do take note that their main con is themselves, Ekovest Construction Sdn Bhd so there is no any past track records on property development.

It's really too soon to comment on their workmanship and delivery. But like most ppl put there, including yourself and myself believe that they may deliver a masterpiece. That explained why I was there so eager to purchase but dropped off because it doesn't fit in an investment speculation appetite. Cheers bro wink.gif

Yeah. Price is a little on the high side if you are purely just investing.

And we are talking about 8 to 10 years holding power (upon completion of the mall and iconic tower as these are the main attraction of this Ekodidi). And by the time u finally held it so tight and long, suddenly there are other more advanced and nicer residences by Ekovest and MRCB along KL River City.

Haha. Well a majority of us purchase properties based on developer's past track record and not blindly dumping in hundred of thousands of hard earn money which we loaned from the bank just because we are purchasing by giving ppl chances. And bare in mind if u do loan from the bank, the property doesn't belong to u, it belongs to the bank until u pays off.

Well.. this is a premium price in this area already.

Congratulations if you have bought it. Haha!

4 yrs down the road anyone can predict tht this will not be able to even hit RM3psf.. nearby vue is really struggling at RM3psf..

Exsim Group don't have any track record and sell premium price in Bukit Jalil last time also.. Or maybe you can suggest any project within this area with price not more than 650k?

650k for unit area 820 sf is about 792 psf ohmy.gif

Hi Sales agent, many gave ekov chansi in cheras but so far they dissapoint most buyers n many times can't even see 20 workers as mentioned by other forumers..

Bro, you need to be accurately say around 20 workers at weekend. Not really the numbers of weekday until verified.

As a EKC buyer , l would like to see how EKV delivers EKC and EKT.

The more levels of basements, the more construction time needed for digging....

I think more importantly, see how progress from 1 month to the next.. delivery looks like a long way from now, can't wait that long as many projects might be launched in the meantime.. see this ekodidi not even sure when to build 80 storey empty office tower... Ekovest is a public listed company that involved in construction. He have experience to built highway, school,hospital, mall and so on. It no problem to construct this condo and mall. The only disadvantage is the sale and marketing. They not as good as ekoworld, sp setia , marsing on the marketing job.

I want there waiting for 30minutes. No one server me and pass me the boncher. So disappointed. Look around . No mood and go back.
