near by rafflesia condo is better. more cheap. somemore walking distance to lrt.

more conveinent walking distance to market and shop.

I go to SSS tomorrow. See see see.

ekotitiwangsa better due to nearer to kl center.

But it got river garden and shopping center. Can use sentul lrt near by.

Just visit the show room. Very crowded. Min 600k for 820sf. Have a nice shopping center.the price consider a bit high at this area. More suitable for people than have holding power.

Two years ago. i buy rafflesia with 3xxper sf is a super good buy.ha ha.

I still can enjoy the river side shopping environment with walking distance from rafflesia.

One thing, i dont like is the duke highway pass through the shopping center. I forsee the vibration and sound penetrated to the building.

Ekovest is a public listed company that involved in construction. He have experience to built highway, school,hospital, mall and so on. It no problem to construct this condo and mall. The only disadvantage is the sale and marketing. They not as good as ekoworld, sp setia , marsing on the marketing job.

I want there waiting for 30minutes. No one server me and pass me the boncher. So disappointed. Look around . No mood and go back.

if the mall and river side is develop well, it will attract some people visit this place. the ekovest and mrcb already get fund for goverment to do this river project. The mall and up grade sure is one of the attraction in kl. The price up to rm800 per sf is selling the whole package include the mall and the river. i 'm not sure this condo worth to get a price tag for rm800 per sf or not? But the ytl caper near this area already reach this price tag.

But for me to see,this river and mall project sure enhance the property price around this area in future. may be 5 to 6years time.

Last two years, fennel rm 600 t0 rm700 also sell like hot cake without river side and mall. This rm 800 persf should be selling fast. Many rich people here. Buying property like going to market buy vegetables.

The loan agent told me during i visiting the ekotiti show room. It should be selling fast.

Yeloh,very slow lah. Ytl fennel and rafflesia already 13floors. since this 3 projects almost start same time....2013 end.

the time line for ekovest project.
ekotiti and mall will be completed by 2018.
ekocheras completed by 2016
